Have your client fill out an application.
Call a Business Development Officer to qualify the deal, and then send us an application and financial documents necessary for loan approval by Ocean Capital.
Approves the deal.
Upon deal approval, Ocean Capital provides an approval letter and collects a good faith deposit to cover the cost of the borrower’s appraisal and environmental report.
Closes the deal for you.
Ocean Bank, upon receipt of all due diligence materials, puts the deal out to close. Ocean Bank's attorneys correspond with the borrower's attorney to close the deal.
